This is the 4th Movement of Chronicles of Winter.  Since ages past, Wolves have preyed on the one who is outside of the circle of protection; encircling the vulnerable is how they survive. Steadily stalking, they deride The Girl’s attempts to protect herself with fire. To them, life is precarious and death inevitable, especially for the outcast. In their world, there is no room for mercy.
